Return & Refund Policy
We want to ensure complete peace of mind with every order. Our return and refund guidelines are structured as follows:
- Advance Payment Refund: To safeguard against fake Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a security deposit of Rs 2,000 is required for order confirmation. If you choose to cancel your order before the item is shipped from our warehouse, this Rs 2,000 advance is 100% fully refundable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): The remaining balance of your order is collected in cash at your doorstep by our logistics partner upon delivery. Please note that an extra 4% charge (government tax) is applicable on the COD amount.
