3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. A 4% government tax/surcharge applies to COD orders. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

6. Limitation of Liability
S M Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Multan, Pakistan.
