Free Shipping Nationwide
We offer free shipping across Pakistan on all Reolink cameras and accessories. No hidden delivery charges — the price you see is the price you pay (except COD surcharge).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD service nationwide. A 4% government tax/surcharge applies to the COD amount. This is charged by courier services and is non-negotiable.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad: 2-4 working days
- Multan: 1-3 working days
- Other major cities: 3-5 working days
- Remote/rural areas: 5-7 working days
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp with your order details and tracking information (where available).
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM may qualify for same-day dispatch in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Multan, subject to stock availability and courier schedule.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking number via WhatsApp. You can also contact us anytime for order status updates.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
